There was a problem with the main earlyimpact.com domain name this morning (03.11.11). The domain name became “expired”, and the name servers were reset to the domain registration company (Register.com). This caused all domain names that use “earlyimpact.com” (including our support system and ProductCart WIKI) to no longer be accessible.
The issue was fixed around 9 AM PST. The correct name servers are now propagating again, so all URLs that contain earlyimpact.com will start working again soon.
We will investigate what happened. All of our critical domain names were supposed to be set to auto-renew.
Regardless of whether there was a glitch on the Register.com side or simply a major mistake on our side, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused.
